Yes, it's easy to include a gift in your will or estate plan.

A grand group of alumnae were on hand to make the first Stoneleigh-Burnham School (SBS) Alumnae Weekend since COVID a special one. This year's reunion celebrated members of the class of 1972, who each received a coveted lily pin designed and made by a local Greenfield, Mass., jeweler.

Their classmate Margaret Altmiller McIntosh '72 was honored with the Distinguished Alumna Award for her accomplishments as a paralympian. Catherine "Cathy" Caccioppoli '72 brought a copy of the 1971 Octet Album, which she donated for the school's archives.

During a relaxing moment outside on the school's Tarbell Terrace, Allison Small Annand '83 turned to Director of Development and Alumnae Relations Susan Mattei and said, "There was a flier in my packet about including SBS in my will. I can do that!"

Allison, who is chair of the reunion committee and has been an alumnae board volunteer for four years, is ready to update her will this year.

"Supporting SBS through my will is an easy way for me to help the school," she said.

The Sayles Planned Giving Society is a group of alumnae and friends who have included Stoneleigh-Burnham in their will or estate plan.
